CRC Dorra has signed a construction agreement with Housing and Development Properties (HDP) to undertake the execution of Club Hills Residence in 6th of October City. The project represents a total investment of approximately EGP 4 billion.
The signing ceremony was attended by Eng. Mohamed Hassan Dorra, Vice Chairman of CRC Dorra, and Eng. Amgad Hassanein, Vice Chairman of HDP.
Spanning 30 feddans, Club Hills Residence enjoys a strategic location overlooking Gezira Sporting Club and offers a diverse range of residential apartments and townhouses. Unit handovers are scheduled to begin in 2028, with final delivery planned for March 2029.
Eng. Mohamed Hassan Dorra expressed CRC Dorra’s pride in continuing its successful collaboration with HDP following the companies’ partnership on the Terrace project in Sheikh Zayed City.
