I lead CRC Egypt with one responsibility I take personally; protecting a name I didn’t build, but was trusted to carry forward. The Dorra legacy was earned project by project, long before I stepped into this role, and I feel that weight everyday. My focus is simple. Build things well. Treat Clients as partners, not transactions. Make decisions that hold up years after a project is handed over, not just at the ribbon-cutting. As we grow CRC’s footprint across Egypt, I’m less interested in how many projects we add and more interested in which ones we’re still proud of a generation from now. That’s the standard I hold our team to. Working within a family-owned business means every decision carries a name that matters beyond the company itself. That’s not pressure, it’s motivation. The family spirit will be cascaded to each and every member of our team.
In her 4-year tenure, Malak aims to drive Dorra towards a new era of sustainability and innovation in construction. Alongside her commitment to optimizing internal departmental efficiency and cost-cutting, she is revamping the Dorra Academy for training. Emphasizing the development of smaller departments within the company, Malak envisions a future where each facet thrives. Her holistic approach aims to support a sustainable and innovative legacy, fostering growth and expertise across all aspects of the organization.
With a one-year tenure at the company, Hassan is dedicated to optimising on-site operations. Currently during a rotation on various sites, he is committed to learning from the bottom up. Hassan’s focus on refining operational processes reflects his dedication to enhancing efficiency and effectiveness within the company’s on-site activities.
