Palm Hills Developments (PHD) and Dorra Contracting have maintained a longstanding and cyclical relationship, marked by repeated collaborations since CRC awarded its initial contract in 2011. Over the years, approximately six projects or parcels have been entrusted to Dorra Contracting for Palm Hills works.
In the latest development, PHD has recently granted another contract for the construction of three buildings covering a total area of 30,000 square meters in the Palmet commercial project, situated within Palm Hills New Cairo. This ambitious project spans 100 acres and features a diverse array of amenities, ranging from the prestigious Admin Park and Headquarter Building to a vibrant Retail Center, luxurious 5-star Hotel, and exquisite Serviced Apartments.
One of the highlights of the Palmet New Cairo project is the Admin Park, consisting of eight mixed-use commercial buildings. This architectural marvel covers a total sellable built-up area (BUA) of 105,000 square meters. The expansive environment is designed to foster growth, innovation, and success for businesses.
