Dorra Contracting is pleased to announce that CRC UAE, its subsidiary, has secured the contract for the civil construction of 502 villas and townhouses on Falcon Island. This significant project is part of the mega waterfront residential development by Al Hamra, a leading lifestyle developer in the Northern Emirates.
Falcon Island, situated in the heart of Al Hamra Village in Ras Al Khaimah, is a twin island project set to offer affordable exclusivity to residents. The development boasts stunning views of the Arabian Gulf, the lush greenery of the Al Hamra Golf Club, and a range of amenities for a luxurious lifestyle.
Notably, Falcon Island is strategically located within Ras Al Khaimah’s three-mile growth corridor, extending from Al Hamra Village to Al Marjan Island. This corridor is witnessing substantial development, including the future Wynn Resort, a pioneering gaming and integrated resort in the Middle East and North Africa region, expected to open in 2026.
“Since its launch in March 2022, the project has consistently exceeded milestones in terms of sell-out and progress related to groundwork and construction,” remarked Group CEO Benoy Kurien.
