Mahmoud El Hussainy’s journey to co-CEO at CRC, a Dorra Contracting member, is a testament to his leadership prowess. Armed with a B.E. in Civil Engineering from Ain Shams University, Mahmoud’s career spans over three decades of invaluable experience.
Mahmoud served as Operations Director for 26 years, honing his expertise and driving transformative initiatives. In 2023, he assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer, where his visionary leadership continues to propel CRC forward.Under Mahmoud’s guidance, CRC has solidified its position as an industry leader, renowned for quality and client satisfaction. Eng. Shehabeldin Mostafa AlSawaby assumed the esteemed position of Commercial CEO at the Construction and Re-Construction Engineering Company (CRC), a Dorra contracting subsidiary. Graduating with highest honors in Construction Engineering from The American University in Cairo (AUC) in 1998, his journey epitomizes dedication and excellence.
His career began by cultivating technical expertise in project management, deep foundations construction, and commercial management. With over 25 years of industry experience spanning Canada, the United States, and the GCC region, Eng. AlSawaby boasts a solid track record in commercial management, tendering, procurement, and project management.
Joining CRC in 2016 as Commercial Director, he orchestrated a remarkable increase in the company’s work volume, securing multi-billion Egyptian pound projects and adeptly handling complex claims settlements. Now, as Commercial CEO, Eng. AlSawaby spearheads CRC’s commercial strategy, research, market study, and risk management efforts, driving the company towards continued success.
In her 4-year tenure, Malak aims to drive Dorra towards a new era of sustainability and innovation in construction. Alongside her commitment to optimizing internal departmental efficiency and cost-cutting, she is revamping the Dorra Academy for training. Emphasizing the development of smaller departments within the company, Malak envisions a future where each facet thrives. With a one-year tenure at the company, Hassan is dedicated to optimising on-site operations. Currently during a rotation on various sites, he is committed to learning from the bottom up.
