The project occupies 130 acres and comprises an administration building, ballroom, library building, auditorium, computer center, Radio and TV station, retail outlets, a mosque of outstanding architectural appearance, schools, hotels, a swimming pool, and medical center, together with all associated green areas and infrastructure.
